Questions, answered
What are credits?
Credits are how you pay for videos on Jibzo. Buy a pack once, spend it whenever you like. Before you press Generate we show exactly how many credits that video will cost.
How much does one video cost?
It depends on the version, the length of your clip and the resolution you pick. A 10-second clip at 480p costs 250 credits on Standard and 477 on Pro. Longer clips cost more, and 720p costs more than 480p. Change any of them and the price updates straight away, before you spend anything.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay in your account until you use them.
What happens if a render fails?
You get the credits back automatically. If a render fails, is canceled or is stopped by our content filter, its full cost returns to your balance. No support ticket needed.
Do I need a subscription?
No. There is no subscription and nothing renews. You only pay when you buy a credit pack.
What can I upload?
Only clips and pictures you own or have permission to use, with consent from anyone shown. See our acceptable use policy.
