Privacy Policy

What Jibzo collects, why, who it's shared with, how long it's kept and your rights.

Draft, pending review. Not yet in force.

1. Who's responsible

VAYRO AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17193277, whose registered office is at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom is the controller of your personal data. Contact us at support@jibzo.ai.

2. What we collect

Account: your email address, and a name or picture if you add them.

Uploads and videos: the clips, pictures and optional prompts you submit, the settings you choose and the videos we make. Clips and pictures can show people, so they can include personal data about you and others.

Purchases: what you bought, when, the amount and tax, and your credit balance and history. Card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.

Where you came from: if you allow marketing cookies, the first link that brought you to us. See section 5.

Technical: logs such as IP address, browser and errors, to keep the service secure and working.

3. Why we use it

To provide the service you asked for (contract): making your videos, keeping them available, charging and refunding credits, and sending sign-in, purchase and video emails.

To keep the service safe and working (legitimate interests): rate limits, fraud prevention, safety filtering and fixing problems.

To understand which links bring paying customers and to pay referral partners (consent): see section 5.

To meet legal duties, such as tax records.

4. Who we share it with

AI providers (Higgsfield), who receive the clips, pictures and prompts needed to make each video.

Payments: Stripe, which runs checkout and may act as the seller of record for credit packs.

Hosting and infrastructure: Fly.io (servers), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare R2 (media storage) and Resend (email).

Some of these providers are outside the UK. Where they are, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.

We don't sell your personal data.

5. Marketing cookies and where you came from

Essential cookies keep you signed in, and your cookie choice is stored in your browser. These are always on.

Only if you choose to allow marketing cookies, we set one first-party cookie for 30 days. It records the first link that brought you to Jibzo: its campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content), any referral code, the trend page, the page you landed on and the referring site.

When you create an account, we copy that information onto your account, and from there onto each video you make and each purchase. We use it to see which campaigns and partners bring paying customers, and to work out commission owed to referral partners.

You can withdraw consent at any time in the cookie settings. That deletes the cookie. Information already copied onto your account stays there until you ask us to remove it, which you can do by emailing us.

6. Your videos are private

Your uploads and videos are visible only to you, and to our team when needed to provide support or enforce our policies. Anyone you give a direct file link to can open that file, so share links with care.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your account, uploads and videos while your account is open. Our AI provider keeps uploads only temporarily.

Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Logs are kept for a limited period.

If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your uploads and videos and remove your personal data, except what we must keep by law.

8. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email support@jibzo.ai.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), or your local data protection authority.

9. Children

Jibzo is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and our Acceptable Use Policy forbids uploads that show children.

10. Changes

We'll update this policy when our practices change, and tell you about important changes.
