Acceptable Use Policy

What you can and can't make with Jibzo. Breaking these rules can get content removed and accounts closed.

Draft, pending review. Not yet in force.

2. Never allowed

Sexual content or nudity of any kind, including suggestive content.

Anyone under 18, in any clip or picture, for any purpose. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Impersonation: presenting a video as a real person saying or doing something they didn't, or using someone's likeness to deceive, defraud or embarrass them. This includes public figures.

Harassment, bullying, threats, hate or content that encourages violence.

Anything illegal, or that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.

Content made to mislead people about real events, such as elections or emergencies.

3. Sharing what you make

Don't present a video as real footage. Where a platform offers an AI label, use it.

Don't remove or disguise the "Made with Jibzo" card in order to pass a video off as real.

4. Using the service fairly

Don't try to get around the safety filter, our limits or our payments, and don't use automated tools to access the service except as we allow.

Don't resell access to the service or use it to build a competing product.

5. Safety filtering and enforcement

Our AI provider's safety filter checks every result and can block it. Blocked renders are refunded in credits.

We may review content that's reported or flagged. We may remove content, refuse to process uploads, and suspend or close accounts that break this policy, without refunding credits used to break it.
